Sensitive skin tissue is thinner and more tedoruos in comparison to normal skin. This problem occurs quite often, especially in women. Sensitive skin is usually dry and prone to allergic reactions, and therefore requires special care. Any adverse external influences can affect in the skin itchness and redness, which might not even be felt. Sensitive skin reacts not only on the rough or improperly selected care products, but also on environmental factors. Sensitive skin mostly looks fragile and transparent, might often have freckles. It tends to easy appearance of rashes and redness at the sudden exposure to extreme temperatures or cleansing agents that contain alcohol. In winter time if you go inside a warm room or, on the contrary, out to frost, the capillaries can easy get visible on such skin. But the summer sun, unfortunately, does not make it easier - sensitive skin burns more frequently and faster than others. As it lacks narutal moisture due to lack of natural sebaceous secretion this affects the condition of hair, they look pale and discolored, break easily, hairtips split apart. Such hair are very "naughty" as they have harder keratin fibers, they tangle easily, lack the luster and elasticity, so it is quite difficult to establish the desired hairstyle.  Without proper care this hair may begin to grow worse, start beaking up at the roots. Increased sensitivity of skin and hair can be caused by internal and external reasons. The internal causes include: the lack of proper nutrition, vitamins and trace elements; genetic predisposition, lack of preteins, normal activity of the sebaceous glands, also thyroid gland, hormonal and nervous disorders. External causes are due to all kinds of chemical and termal hair procedures, including overdrying with hot air dryers, too much degreasing shampoos, etc. Nevertheless, if you act carefully with sensitive skin and follow some tips, many problems can be avoided. If your skin is sensitive and dry you should take vitamins and trace elements (zinc, silicon, iron, copper, sulphur, vitamins A, E, C, D, B group) to normalize the functions of the skin and slow the aging processes, as well as have substance necessary for normal growth and formation of the structure of hair. For external skin and hair care the use of products with moisturizing and softening properties is adviceable.
