Human exterior is an evidence of what is going on inside the body and the skin is one of the most important health indicators. Skin separates us from the surrounding environment and, on another hand, it unites us with everything we see, hear, smell or touch - this is the connection between the human and the world. Also skin is our body protector. It is daily confronted with all kinds of external agressive factors, being frozen, heated, washed, burned, cut and even eated! Our skin as a part of our body mostly hurts of attacks from inside and outside. Skin reacts to the disastrous adverse environmental factors: weather conditions changes and pollution, intense UV radiation effects. The skin is affected by internal problems, in response to stress, insomnia, overeating, smoking, various internal deseases. 

The skin has a significant importance throughout the life span of the body and performs different functions. It protects the body from a wider range of abuses and external effects, helps to regulate body temperature, drains water surplus and so on. In addition it has many receptors, so the skin is a very important sensory organ. Our skin always shows all of our own behavior with it and the degree of aging. The skin may get older from various diseases, poor nutrition, bad habits, too hot or cold or very humid climates, and so on. If we choose to have a clean, beautiful, elastic skin it is necessary to properly take care of it: cleaning, wetting it and so on. And the sooner we start, the better it will look.
