Tannins - phenolic compounds of plant origin; has narrowing and antibacterial properties; these substances bind proteins of skin and mucous membranes and build them into stronger structures; does not allow through bacteria, which settles and spreads on the damaged skin and mucous membranes. For these effects tannins are widely used in cosmetic products.

Tar - a mixture of aromatic hydrocarbons and phenols, extracted from the bark of birch, juniper, etc. Used on flaking skin to normalize its balance, has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, drying effect, reduces skin itching, used for seborrhea, eczema, psoriasis, flaking and dandruff trteatment.

Telogen - the rest phase of the hair bulb.

Terminal (hair) - long, normal hair of the scalp.

Testosterone - the male steroid sex hormone from the androgen group.

Thea Sinensis (tea tree) - essential oil stimulates the immune system. It is an effective natural antiseptic, also protects the skin from the harmful effects of environment and ageing, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helps with psoriasis, cracking and other cases of skin problems.

Thiamine - or vitamin B1, "anti-stress" vitamin for rapid cellular regeneration; protects the liver, kidney. Thiamine is not synthesized by the human body and comes from food. The lack of this vitamin leads to nerve conduction impairment and adenosine triphosphate deficiency. In cosmetic products used for skin treatment, affects the hair growth.

Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) - essential oil has antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, germicide, disinfectant, relaxing effects, increases the tone of the capillaries. In cosmetology used to stabilize the balance of the skin, protect against dandruff, improve microcirculation.

Tioxolone - sulfur-rich organic unsaturated fatty acid, has antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, disinfectant properties, reduces skin irritation, itching, etc. In cosmetic products is used for skin diseases treatment, skin imbalances such as dandruff, seborrhea; regulates sebum production.

Tocopherol - or vitamin E, "youth and beauty vitamin" - intercellular antioxidant, connects the free radicals in biological membranes; protects skin cells against free radicals; moisturizes it and prevents wrinkles; slows the aging of the skin; improves skin texture and elasticity. In addition, Tocopherol helps treat eczema, skin ulcers, herpes, it is recommended for any type of seborrhea, provides nutrients to hair follicles and stimulates their growth. Vitamin E deficiency results in hair loss.

Triethanolamine - stabilizes pH balance of skin, thus protecting it.

Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) - wheat germ consists of 10-15% of protein with a complete set of essential amino acids, small amounts of fat (up to 2%), B group vitamins, vitamin E, F and PP, minerals (phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium ). Wheat germ extract is used in shampoos, balms, hair rinses, and other hair care products. Hydrolyzed protein wheat germ improves circulation, restores the skin’s texture, has moisturizing, stimulating, anti-oxidant effects. It is a natural UV filter, reduces skin itching and peeling, hairloss, enhances hair growth, protects the skin against free radicals and strengthens shaft structure of damaged hair.

Tropaeolum Majus (garden nasturtium) - flower extract contains ascorbic acid, carotene, benzylazotnocianate. In Europe, in particular in German folk medicine, the juice has been used since ancient times as a hair growth remedy.

Trytophan - is one of the 22 standard amino acids and an essential amino acid in the human diet. In hair care products is used for its hair conditioning properties.  

Tussilago Farfara (coltsfoot) – plant extract softens skin and hair, has strong antiseptic, anti-inflammatory effects, reduces skin greasiness, flaking and itching.
